O is for Optimism

O

It’s possible that I’m in a bad mood so much of the time because I look in the mirror every morning and think…

“Well, THAT’S as good as it’s going to get.”

Lol. My hair does its own thing, and I am hopeless at noticing. I’ve been out in all sorts of states. toothpaste round my mouth. Clothes on backwards. Once I looked up my sleeve in the playground collecting my son and saw something colourful, pulled it out and it was a pair of my husband’s underpants. There were more where that came from. Never did quite figure out exactly how that happened. So don’t despair! It could be worse. ~Liz http://www.lizbrownleepoet.com

Yes, it’s not EVERY day… but I caught myself doing it one day (in ref my hair, specifically) and made myself laugh. That’s one of the main criteria for my blog posts – If I laugh at it, I’m writing it down. – Thanks for reading.
